About Blogging Spanish
Blogging Spanish was born to follow our aim of carrying Spanish language and culture to every corner of the world. At don Quijote Spanish schools we have been devoted to teaching Spanish language for 20 years, during all this time our best reward have been our students, their accomplishments and successes, each one with a unique story and a different aim.
Our first experience in the blogosphere was in 2005 with the Spanish Teaching Blog www.spanish-teaching.com where our teachers and students shared their experiences, resources and information. Our blog grew quickly and it became clear that we needed a larger platform to offer better features and a clearer organization of the information to our visitors.

¡Hola! My name is Stacey. I'm
the current editor of Blogging Spanish!
I graduated
with a B.A. in Spanish from Florida International University in USA and grew up in a bilingual environment of both Hispanic-Caribbean and Spanish origins.
I studied
in Salamanca
for 1 month while in college and fell in love with the city, so I understand
the fears and many questions students are faced with when deciding to take a language immersion course abroad.
I love traveling and my passion for writing has brought me back to Salamanca again. The city is now my home and
I am proud to bring the Spanish language closer to you and provide information about and related to Spain.

My name is Paqui, the former editor of Blogging Spanish.
B.A. in Translation and Interpreting I carried on my studies in Spain and Belgium. My passion for languages and travel took me to experience living and studying abroad also in France, England and Ireland. Former teacher of Spanish, I had been working at don Quijote for 6 years helping people from different countries to discover our schools and to live the study abroad experience.
I´m Céline, a former writer for Blogging Spanish.
I graduated from Queen’s University in Canada and finished doing a Masters in Translation and Intercultural Mediation in Salamanca. I have been living in Spain for 4 years now and would recommend my experience to anyone. Having the opportunity to live and study abroad teaches you so much about yourself and about life and this is why I am so proud to have collaborated in the promotion of our study abroad programmes throughout Spain and Latin America.
